My townhome was cleaned in July 29th by Team Leads Tanya and Alanis along with cleaning techs Damara and Sarah. I’d like to give them nothing but compliments on the great job and communication they all did! Top notch service and I wanted to make sure they were recognized for it!

A while back I took on a new job with much longer hours. My housekeeping became minimal and my home was overdue for a deep clean. I hired Magnolia for an initial deep clean. Booking was easy and communication with them has been clear and consistent throughout the entire process. I hoped ultimately the cleaning team would be a good fit so I could enjoy regular cleanings going forward.Hope, Tanya, Alanis, and Tonya did an AMAZING job of returning my home to a clean and orderly sanctuary! My team returned again two weeks later to do another fantastic job and happily accommodated my requests. They have been punctual, friendly, professional, thorough, and detailed in their work each time. They are also awesome with my two dogs who are always excited to greet them. I am SOOOOO grateful for my Clean Team - Hope, Tanya, Alanis, and Tonya! You have no idea the peace of mind you've brought me and my home!!! Thank you to all of the Magnolia team. Well done.

Can’t say enough about my team this month. Heather, Gisela & Rachael did an amazing job cleaning as they work well together and have such positive attitudes. They even put up with our little dog Elvis trying to help. Also many thanks to Ana for working around our busy schedule.
Ana is always friendly and tries to accommodate any special requests. Alanis & Tanya are both very sweet and pleasant to work with. They both work extremely hard to make sure we’re happy after each cleaning. Would definitely recommend!

I love walking into my house after Tanya, Olivia, Kacy, Victoria, and Aliya have been there!!! It smells fresh and clean, the pillows have been fluffed, and there is no dog hair in sight! So thankful for this team!! I love when I get to see them and say hello too.

Magnolia cleaners impresses us every time they come out. We use this wonderful service on a monthly basis, and they never disappoint. This week's team, Maegan, Taylor, Elena and Gisela came through like cleaning Ninja's and left the house spotless, as usual. We are in the middle of a bathroom renovation and the team made sure the rest of the house was flawless. We have a huge cast iron cooktop and they always that the time to make if look perfect, too.The Magnolia team rocks!
We have been using Magnolia Cleaning bi-weekly for a little under a year now and they have been everything you can ask for with a cleaning service. Punctual, professional, and always do a great job. I’ve been using Magnolia Cleaning Service for 1 ½ years now and I continue to be delighted with their service and happy to see the crew arrive. I was initially anxious about strangers coming into my home, but I needn’t have been as all the crew members are professional in their behavior and performance. From the first deep cleaning to the regular standard cleanings, they are all attentive to details and thorough in accomplishing the extensive list of tasks. Sometimes the individuals comprising the team changes, but nothing changes with respect to the excellent cleaning service provided: from dusting (and putting small items back exactly where they were), to tidying up sofas & pillows, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, and floor care, they complete their tasks so very well, exhibiting professional courtesy and just the right balance of friendliness. They are a very high quality cleaning service. They work quickly and efficiently and have an eye for the small details that make a big difference, for example, they move items to dust under them , not just dust around them. I am particularly impressed with Jisella, Taylor and Meghan.

This was our first deep clean with Magnolia. WOW!Kasandra, Alexe and Sarah were the main team who cleaned our large (7000+sqft) home from top to bottom. They arrived on time with all the needed equipment and products. Their attention to detail far exceeded my expectations AND they were delightful from start to finish!We have used big companies with expensive price tags in the past who could not and did not compare to this team. They found areas of our home that had been neglected in the past and made them shine. You can absolutely see the difference! These ladies go beyond!!We had a 2nd team arrive to help with the final steps of our deep clean - Isabelle, Tanya and Denise who were just as amazing! In our home with 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 kids and budgies - there was not a hair or feather (or speck of dust) left unvacuumed!My first experience with Magnolia left quite a wonderful impression and I am truly looking forward to our now bi-weekly cleanings! What a difference a good company makes! It starts at the top - Ana was wonderful in communicating with me from start to finish. As anyone who knows me can tell you, I'm pretty OCD about cleanliness ... so as a working mom with a 2- and 4-year-old, I care a lot about finding the right cleaning company! When I moved to Orlando a little over a year ago, I put a ton of effort into searching for and trying out various cleaning services ... and it paid off. Magnolia Cleaning Service is incomparable ... far and away the best cleaning service I've tried. I will continue to post updates if that changes, but so far (after about 6 cleanings) I could not be more pleased. If, like me, you are willing to pay extra for cleaners who go above and beyond, I highly recommend them. Kassandra and Sarah in particular are amazing. I couldn't believe how beautiful my house looked the first time they cleaned it. They are cheerful and friendly, trustworthy, extremely responsive to feedback, and do a wonderful job. They also leave some funny surprise every time they come ... like arranging stuffed animals on the couch to look like they're reading a book. My kids always run to me shrieking, "mommy, LOOK what my animals did while I was in school!" It's a nice thing to come home to.
