Getting Started

How do I create a Magnolia Cleaning Account?

You can create an account on our Customer Portal here. If you have yet to make a booking then we ask that you do so here first before signing up to your Customer Portal Account as then your booking will automatically be linked and you will have an account created then too.  You can create your booking here.

Do you service my area?

Our Residential Cleaning teams are presently serving the greater Orlando market.

If you are not in the Orlando area please send us an email and we can add you to our waiting list for for the township where you live.  We often build out markets with interested households before we assign a part time or full time cleaning team. When we are ready to go in your area you can book your cleaning appointment here.

Oh, in the meantime we can also refer you to other residential cleaning companies that are presently serving your township as we know the good ones and bad ones 🙂

What is included in a standard cleaning?

You can find the items that are included in our Standard Residential Cleaning here.  If you are interested in our First Time Cleaning you can find that check list here.  These are the lists that our Cleaning Teams use to complete every home. Of course if you have any unique needs please let us know ahead of time and we would be more than happy to accommodate any requests you have that are in addition what is found on these two lists.

How much will it cost?

The pricing to clean your home is all customized and driven from the information that you included in your Booking Form. You may have also requested continual or one time additional services and these are applied as you requested.  If you have any further questions on your pricing from Magnolia Cleaning Service you can always reach out to a member of our Customer Happiness Team by emailing help@magnoliacleaningservice.com.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Your initial quote is based on the expectation that we will provide all necessary cleaning supplies. Note that some of our customers ask that we use specific supplies based on their unique needs and in these cases the customer will provide them.  Our teams are use to working through these situations so please bring any specific request for cleaning requirements to the attention of your Cleaning Team Leader or to our Customer Support.  You can email our Customer Happiness Team with any of your request at help@magnoliacleningservice.com

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes!  There may be times where we can do a few easy request with any extra time that we have and this would be without incurring any extra cost.  Most of our customers add these small requests to their profile notes on our Magnolia Cleaning Service Iphone/Android app.

We also have additional services that you can request (Refrigerator Cleaning, etc) that can be added to any appointment where a small fee will apply.  These extra services can be found on our App (search for Magnolia Cleaning on the Apple App Store or Google Play), once you download the app you can add any of these services to any of your routine cleaning as both and add on continual request or a one time request.

Manage Your Account

How do I log into my account?

You can log in to your Customer Portal here.  You can also find this link on ever page of the Magnolia Cleaning website at the bottom of the page.

How do I change my password?

On the log in page for our Customer Portal (at the bottom) you will see a “Forgot Password” link. Just click this link and we will send a link to change your password to the email that we have on file for you.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password using the link to do so at the bottom of the Customer Portal page.

How do I change my address?

You can update or change your address at anytime on our Customer Portal. If you have yet to log in to the portal just enter the email address that you used to initially sign up with Magnolia Cleaning with and we will send you a confirmation email and passcode to proceed.  It’s that easy!

How do I change my credit card?

When you log in to our Customer Portal you can update and change any of your personal information including your Credit Card. Know that we do not have access or keep your credit card information on file as all of this is kept securely with our vendor on a fully encrypted page within our portal with the largest online credit card processor in the country.

How do I book my first appointment?

We have designed the process to book your first appointment with Magnolia Cleaning to take less than 60 seconds.  We just need some basic information such as your address, size of home and any special requests that you have.  You can click the following link to be taken directly to our fast and easy online booking form.

Pricing & Policies

How do I use my Magnolia Cleaning credits?

You can see your credits by logging in to your Customer Portal. Once you are signed in you will see your information including any credits you have earned from Referring Friends or other.  Note that these credits can only be applied to future cleanings.

How can I view my Magnolia Cleaning credits?

You can view your Credits at any time logging in to our Customer Portal. Once you log in if you look up towards the top of the page you will be able to see any Credit you have and apply them to any future cleaning appointments.  Note we cannot apply them to cleanings that have already been completed.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to a past appointment that has already completed.

Why are vouchers for first time customer only?

Vouchers are “credits” that only apply to first time customers.  When you refer a friend for example the friend (a new customer) will get a Voucher and the referring credit that you get for this referral will be assigned as a Credit and can be found in your profile in the Customer Portal.

I bought a voucher and Magnolia Cleaning does not cover my area, what should I do?

Please send us an email at help@magnoliacleaningservice.com and we can refund your voucher purchase in full.  In your email please include as much information as we would need to identify you and the purchase that you made.

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

We need your credit card on file (actually it is kept fully secure and on site of the largest credit card processor in the Country) so we can offset any additional charges that your voucher does not cover and also so we can continue our services with you going forward.  We do not offer one time cleanings so your credit card is used as a place holder for future cleanings but will not be charged until our services are rendered and that you are 100% thrilled with the cleaning we provided you.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our employees have completed a full criminal background check and also participate in random drug screening as requirements for employment.  Further each team member is rated by each customer and also is routinely evaluated by management and their team leads.  Your trust in your cleaning team is paramount, know that our hiring standards and continual monitoring of our employees workmanship is what differentiates Magnolia Cleaning from the “other” franchise and Mom and Pop cleaning services.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

The first thing we ask if something goes wrong during your appointment is to notify the cleaning team (if they are not already aware) immediately.  Each one of our Team Members is trained to document and escalate all customer concerns to the appropriate level.  If you do not feel comfortable escalating to your on site Cleaning Team then please immediately call our office at (407) 670-1485 or email us with your concerns help@magnoliacleaningservice.com.  Please be as specific as you can and again we ask that you immediately notify us.  We have a 100% Money Back Guarantee so we take any concern seriously and want you to be thrilled with your cleaning experience with our teams.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes and infant all of your billing information is not handled nor stored by Magnolia Cleaning at all.  ALL of your billing information is stored by the largest credit card processor in the Country and is on a fully encrypted 128b SSL connection so you can feel safe, secure and fully in control!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, every employee at Magnolia Cleaning Service must pass a full Criminal Background check as a pre employment requirement, must be legally eligible to work within the United States and also who agree to participate in routine and random Drug Screening.  We take all of this policies very seriously and will not accept nor hire anyone who does not agree to these terms of employment.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with our Residential Cleaning Service of we will refund you in full.  We ask in the event that you are not thrilled with your service that you notify us immediately so we can dispatch a cleaning team to immediately resolve and correct any concerns you have.  If at this point you are still not completely thrilled with the level of service we provided you then we will refund your money 100% and in full no questions asked.  Our main goal is a serious one and that is to provide you a 100% risk free, trustworthy and professional residential cleaning. What is your refund policy?

We will refund in full any cleaning where you are not 00% satisfied once we have had a chance to remedy any concerns you have.  If after our Cleaning Teams have had a chance to remedy your concerns you are still not happy we will refund you in full. Our main goal is a serious one and that is to provide you a 100% risk free, trustworthy and professional residential cleaning.
