Clean the World is a non for profit who’s mission is to provide recycled cleaning and sanitary supplies to prevent infection. Additionally, this charity collects and recycles discarded soap and plastic amenity bottles from participating hospitality partners. As a result, millions of hygiene-related illnesses are prevented each year.
Magnolia Cleaning Service donated to Clean the World through our Employee of the Month program in December 2021. Shirley, the Employee of the Month for December from the Orlando Cleaning Team selected Clean the World as the charity she wanted to support.
They have received donations of over 63 Million bars of soap. Because of this 127 countries have been served and countless infections prevented.
As a result, this prevention significantly reduces the impact of two fatal diseases: acute respiratory infection and diarrheal disease. Interestingly, these are two of the top killers of children under 5 years old.

According to the charity, 92% of every donation made goes directly into their WASH programs to serve those in need. In addition, 8% of all donations go to over head and fundraising costs.
